Remote Case Manager Training Academy
Our Remote Case Manager Academy course is designed specifically for nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists looking to advance their career into occupational health and work at Health Partners. The course requires full-time attendance for the initial 8 weeks and forms your introduction to working with us as an employee.
How Does It Work?
- After reviewing all applications for the Remote Case Manager Academy, successful candidates will be notified and offered a place in the upcoming cohort (we often run two to three training academies each year).
- Starting your Academy training marks the beginning of your paid employment with Health Partners as a Trainee Remote Case Manager.
- Our training specialists will guide you step-by-step through the 8-week Trainee Remote Case Manager programme. The initial eight weeks must be attended full time.
- The Academy combines comprehensive face-to-face, remote and eLearning sessions to ensure you are fully supported throughout the training.
- The Academy course is completely free, as you will be employed by Health Partners while training to become a fully competent Remote Case Manager upon successful completion of the programme.
Who Can Apply?
We accept applications from nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists whether you’re a general nurse or you have specialised nursing experience.
You must have:
- a valid NMC pin or HCPC registration number
