Inclusive Practice, Clinical Confidence and Better Outcomes
Neurodiversity in Occupational Health is a full-day CPD training course designed to deliver inclusive frameworks and clinical insight to improve how neurodivergent conditions, and their co-occurrences, are recognised, documented and supported in OH settings.
The Course Includes
- Up-to-date, evidence-informed content across neurotypes (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, etc.)
- Real-world occupational health case studies with mental and physical health co-occurrences
- Guidance for inclusive report writing and fitness-for-work decision-making
- Practical advice on workplace adjustments, return-to-work planning and referral routes (e.g. WPA, Access to Work)
- Take-away tools and templates
What To Expect
This full-day CPD training course has been designed by our Health Partners Neurodiversity Strategic Lead.
Delivered remotely, you will receive expert guidance online in live sessions and breakout activities, between 9am and 4.30pm.
