Neurodiversity in Occupational Health is a full-day CPD training course designed to equip occupational health professionals with practical frameworks and clinical insight to improve how neurodivergent presentations, and their co-occurrences, are recognised, understood and supported in practice.
Grounded in evidence-informed approaches and real-world clinical scenarios, the course goes beyond awareness to explore the underlying mechanisms driving presentation and functional impact, including nervous system differences, dopamine regulations, masking, burnout and hormonal influences.
Participants will develop the confidence to deliver neuro-affirming, evidence-based assessments, translate complex presentations into functional workplace recommendations, and improve outcomes for both employees and organisations.
