Meet our people

Mangala Patil-Mead
As doctors, we are privileged to gain an insight into the lives of others. Helping client managers and employees to work out the best solutions for their situation is very rewarding.
I have visited 21 countries and look forward to travelling to places that I have yet to explore in the UK and Europe.

Alex Jones
Working with the UK’s leading employers, my team and I innovate and personalise our service proposition, resulting in efficiency and maximum benefits to all.
I used to speed skate! Now I eat well and exercise with my Labrador – but when I’m not doing this, I enjoy reducing my lap times on track.

Oana Barnett
I work with an amazing group of people who put a lot into what they do, and I feel very lucky and grateful to be working with them.
Outside of Psych Health, I enjoy spending time outdoors, travelling and playing the piano.

James Fisher
I love the varied and complex nature of the work, and the support that I have received at Health Partners from Day 1 has been brilliant.
When not working, you can usually find me cycling or trail running with my springer spaniel.

Bhavna Parmar
I enjoy looking after and building relationships with a variety of clients from different sectors. Learning from my colleagues on the CRM is very fulfilling. There is always something new to acquire an understanding of either on the client side or internally through our extensive services.
I enjoy eating out at restaurants and trying out different cuisines. Being a cultural person, I love to travel, to explore the local life and absorb the culture and history. In my downtime nothing beats a good Netflix series.

Joe Buckman
I love being Clinical Director at Psych Health as it is so varied; as a clinician I work with a huge variety of people and am proud to be able to make a real difference to people’s lives, as well as mentoring clinicians in their development and assisting employers in their mental health strategy.
When not at work or running around after my children, I can be found working on my garden or looking at the stars with my telescope.

Jac Crang
The people I work with and the fact that no two days are the same, I still get asked questions I’ve not come across before.
I’m passionate about travelling and seeing new places and I’ve backpacked through South America, the Far East and from Cairo to Cape Town.

Simon Miles
I get to work with a group of industry-leading clinicians to design and implement transformational healthcare solutions to a range of organisations.
I am passionate about developing a creative and accountable team environment and enabling colleagues to grow.

Karis Dewar
I enjoy the variety my role provides and being part of Health Partners as it continues to grow and evolve. Every day is different, and it’s an exciting adventure to be a part of.
I enjoy travelling and exploring new places. I am currently ‘ticking off’ the beautiful Scottish islands one by one and aim to own my own campervan one day to help complete this challenge.
