The challenge
A multinational law firm headquartered in London needed a bespoke, high-quality mental health service that was able to offer an industry-specific approach to support the company’s desire for an impactful, flexible and innovative mental health and wellbeing service for its employees.
The solution
Psych Health implemented a rapid response employee self-referral service (including onsite and remote therapies) that was integrated with other care providers, comprising a team of Clinical and Counselling Psychologists with considerable expertise in the sector. In addition, the team actioned a wider mental health strategy through the provision of tailored mental health training and organisational insights.
I have found Psych Health a proactive service which has been able to see employees quickly and nip issues in the bud by providing support, enabling employees to stay at work.
